Kentucky Fish and Wildlife to hold fall surplus auction in October

The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources will hold a Fall live surplus auction on Monday, Oct. 5, selling surplus items and confiscated hunting and fishing equipment. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. (ET) and the auction begins at 9:30 a.m. (ET). The sale will be outdoors, rain or shine, on the department’s headquarters campus at 1 Sportsman’s Lane in Frankfort. A list of items— including many boats, boat trailers and motors—is posted on the department’s Surplus and Confiscated Items Auction webpage. Titles and registrations will be available the day of sale. Items are sold as-is with no pre-inspection; Kentucky residents only may bid on confiscated items.
