According to the National Golf Foundation, private club memberships have grown by nearly 50% since 2019, and more than half of new course construction and planning focuses on private facilities. The buyer profile is shifting from retiree-only demographics to younger professionals, remote workers, and young families, with clubs adding amenities beyond golf such as wellness centers, pickleball and padel courts, golf simulators, pools, kids clubs, and fine dining.
