Savannah Bananas coming to Chicago's Soldier Field in 2027 -- and tour bringing '360' game to Notre Dame Stadium

The Savannah Bananas’ Banana Ball is heading to Chicago’s Soldier Field in 2027, bringing its first-ever baseball games to the 102-year-old stadium. The barnstorming six-team league will play the Party Animals on July 10–11, with the tour also visiting South Bend, Indiana, for two June events. Those include the first baseball game ever at Notre Dame Stadium on June 26, featuring “Banana Ball 360,” where teams play from opposite corners and switch fields each inning. Two days earlier, games move to Frank Eck Stadium against the Texas Tailgaters. Owner Jessie Cole said the 2027 schedule includes 23 MLB stadium dates and 10 football stadiums, plus Canada and Mexico stops.
