Six social causes recognised at Atlético's ADN Rojiblanco gala
Atlético de Madrid Foundation held its first ADN Rojiblanco awards gala on Wednesday 7 October at the Club Telefónica of the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. The event, hosted by foundation ambassadors Carla Pereyra and Beatriz Espejel and welcomed by club president Enrique Cerezo, recognised six social projects tied to Atlético’s peñas and provided financial support. Six initiatives were honoured across categories including inclusion, education and health. Among the winners were Ura Clan (rugby for inclusion) and Dogpoint (assistance dogs for children with autism spectrum disorder), while Más allá del ruido, se escucha el sentimiento received recognition for Spanish Sign Language inclusion. Atlético also donated to Fundación Aladina to help build Casa Aladina in Madrid’s Hortaleza district.
