Sources: Barcelona "accelerating" €50m transfer, Man United & Chelsea also in the mix
Barcelona is “accelerating” its interest in Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi as a four-club race forms ahead of the summer window. Sources cited by CaughtOffside say Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are also increasingly monitoring the 21-year-old, who has been on radar since earlier attention from Arsenal cooled. Roma had a bid rejected; the Italian club reportedly offered €35 million, while Tresoldi’s asking price is estimated at €45–50 million. Multiple clubs could view him as an option to strengthen their attacks, including United’s reported need for competition for Benjamin Sesko. Tottenham may act after Randal Kolo Muani’s loan ended. Barcelona’s push comes after Robert Lewandowski left for free and Ferran Torres nears a move to PSG.
