Trump Warns He'll 'Never Forgive' Texas if Talarico Wins

President Donald Trump returned to deep-red Texas on Wednesday to rally for Ken Paxton’s Senate bid, framing the event as both a defense of his own political fortunes and a show of pride. As reported by Time, Trump suggested he has some trepidation that one of the Republican Party’s longest winning streaks could end during his watch. Speaking to the crowd in San Antonio, he delivered a warning aimed at Paxton’s chances, telling attendees: “We’ll never forgive you for what you have done if you let that happen.” The remark underscored the high-stakes tone of his Texas push for the election.
