Virginia 'Ginny' Janelle Tripp, 95, passed away December 4, 2025, in Blaine. Born March 28, 1930, in Bray Township, she married Earl Tripp on March 4, 1950, and they raised four children. Her family recalls a life of community involvement, including fundraising for the American Cancer Society. She is survived by four children, grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, and sister Beverly Thune. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl and by her parents Nick and Clara Schalz. A private burial will take place June 16 at Landstad Cemetery in Pennington County, with no formal services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a food bank.
