Google Public Sector unveils GBP-style Gemini partner push
Google Public Sector has unveiled a partner and funding push to accelerate Gemini deployment across the U.S. government and education market. The program includes a $45 million pool dedicated to deployment and adoption work, with incentives for partners that perform pre-sales technical efforts, solution design, and proof-of-concept projects. A Partner-Led User Success program targets frontline adoption through three investment areas: training, pre-sales work, and post-sales deployment. Google is also launching a “Forward Deployed Engineer” academy as a bootcamp for engineers within partner organizations, and it plans to expand “Deal Acceleration Funds” for partner-led customer workshops and proofs of concept. For independent software vendors, Google will introduce an ISV Agent Factory and maintain an ISV ATO Accelerator program offering up to $1 million for compliance accreditations such as GovRAMP and FedRAMP.
