Knicks Pushed to Trade Karl-Anthony Towns to East Rival for 10x All-Star PF

Trade chatter is heating up around New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns, with reports saying the franchise is stepping back from extension talks and putting his long-term future in doubt. Bleacher Report’s Andrew Peters highlighted the Washington Wizards as a possible destination, proposing a swap involving Wizards big man Anthony Davis. Peters points to Davis’s plan to decide on his player option after the 2026–27 season, which could complicate Washington’s offseason options.
