NiCE Q2 Earnings Call Highlights
NiCE reported second-quarter 2026 results with revenue and adjusted earnings per share at or above the top end of its guidance, driven by cloud growth, rising AI bookings, and stronger product revenue from non-customer-engagement operations. Total revenue rose 8% year over year to $782 million, and non-GAAP diluted EPS reached $2.70. Cloud and AI bookings climbed 12.6% to $609 million, representing 78% of total revenue. CFO Beth Gaspich noted Cognigy contributed about 250 basis points to cloud growth, while CXAI and self-service ARR totaled $362 million, up 52%. CEO Scott Russell said the quarter set new records for new cloud annual contract value bookings and AI bookings, with cloud backlog up 19% and AI backlog up 72%. International revenue increased 22%, led by EMEIA growth.
