Shoppers alerted as supermarket puddings 'may contain glass'

The Food Standards Agency has warned shoppers to stop eating certain supermarket puddings after the products were flagged as possibly containing glass. The alert covers Arla Protein Pudding items sold through retailers including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons. The FSA says Arla Foods Ltd is carrying out the recall and that the affected products are unsafe to consume. Customers are advised to return the items for a full refund where they were purchased, without needing a receipt. The recall names three 200g products—Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Vanilla Cookie—each tied to particular best-before dates, including January 11, 18 and 20, January 21, 23 and 31, and January 25, 2027 (with some extending into early February 2027).
