SunCoke Energy (SXC) Q3 2026 Earnings Call Transcript
SunCoke Energy (SXC) reported steady performance in Q3 2026, with revenue slightly down and improved cash-generation guidance. Revenue was $485.9 million, down 0.2%, as lower blast coke sales volumes tied to the Haverhill I shutdown and reduced coal price pass-throughs offset improvements elsewhere. Net income attributable to SXC was $21.8 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, compared with $22.2 million, or $0.26, a year earlier. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA rose to $76.9 million, up $17.8 million, helped by better Industrial Services handling volumes and favorable domestic coke yields. Domestic coke adjusted EBITDA grew to $51.1 million, while Industrial Services adjusted EBITDA increased to $32.1 million, including an additional month of Phoenix results. Free cash flow guidance for the full year increased to $180 million to $185 million due to the Algoma Steel settlement, and management expects consolidated adjusted EBITDA modestly above the top end of $250 million to $265 million. The company maintained full-year capex guidance at $90 million to $100 million and reiterated operating cash flow guidance of $270 million to $285 million. Liquidity totaled $276 million as of Sept. 30, 2026.
