The Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) says Nathalie Megann will retire as President & CEO on December 31, 2026. In a Sept. 8, 2026 announcement from Toronto, the organization said Megann, CPIR, ICD.D, has served in the CIRI community for more than 20 years. She joined the board in 2016 and chaired it from 2020 to 2022, before leading the institute as President & CEO since 2023. Scott K. Parsons, Chair of CIRI’s national board, praised Megann’s contributions and said the institute has initiated a national, comprehensive executive search to ensure a smooth transition by year-end.
