Karl Bushby has finished his 28-year, 31,000-mile walk around the world, returning to his mother’s home in Hull, northern England. On Monday, the 57-year-old embraced Angela outside the house where he left in 1998. Bushby began the journey at 29, departing Punta Arenas, Chile, on Nov. 1, 1998. He covered four continents and 30 countries without taking transport, including navigating shifting ice across the Bering Strait and swimming across the Caspian Sea and the English Channel. Elsewhere in the entertainment listings, Halloween pulled audiences from theaters as “You Can See Everything” led a slow box office weekend.
