Wheat Back to Falling Lower on Thursday

Wheat futures are lower across major U.S. contracts on Thursday, with Chicago SRW down 13 to 14 cents in the front months. Kansas City HRW is leading the decline, down 17 to 18 cents, while Minneapolis spring wheat is off 15 to 16 cents at midday. Export Sales released this morning totaled 296,427 MT for the week of July 30, below the 250,000 to 450,000 MT estimate range but still a four-week high. The figure is 59.82% behind the same week last year. Concerns persist about Black Sea export flow amid Russia-Ukraine attacks, including a strike on a wheat-loaded Ukrainian vessel.
