Changes to Inbank's Operating Model and Management Board

Inbank announced a major overhaul of its operating model. Effective 1 June 2026, Margus Kastein, a Management Board member and former Head of Baltic Business, becomes Chief Commercial Officer, a role created to unify commercial execution across markets under one leadership. The organization will separate Product and Technology into two cross-functional teams to sharpen focus and execution.

From 1 July 2026, Piret Paulus, currently Head of Growth and Strategic Initiatives, will become Chief Product Officer, translating customer needs and market opportunities into product strategy and outcomes. Ivar Kurvits will head Corporate Development & Strategy, consolidating governance and investor relations. The CTO is expected to join by 1 September 2026, with changes rolling out gradually in Q3 2026. Following the departures of Pieczkowski and Kaju, they were recalled to the Management Board on 19 June 2026.
