Display to showcase world's largest Gaming OLED lineup in Taiwan
LG Display will showcase the world's largest Gaming OLED lineup at a Taipei roadshow from June 4 to 10, signaling a rapid expansion of OLED gaming monitors. The event, titled 'Empowering Faster, Clearer, Brighter Display Experiences,' will host about 20 global monitor manufacturers to experience LG Display’s latest technologies firsthand and discuss future collaboration. The company highlights a lineup spanning 20- to 40-inch panels and features the world’s only mass-produced 39-inch OLED panel with 5K2K resolution, a 21:9 ratio and up to 1500R curvature for immersive racing and simulation gaming.
LG Display will also showcase RGB Stripe OLED, the only OLED panel with uniform subpixels, delivering clear text and a 240Hz refresh rate suited to gaming and productivity. A next‑generation zone introduces panels meeting DisplayHDR True Black 1000 standards, with peak brightness up to 2,000 nits and color accuracy for creators. A 27‑inch 5K OLED panel at 220 PPI targets design and editing, while features like Black Frame Insertion aim to ensure smooth motion. The Taipei roadshow underscores OLED’s competitiveness against LCD in gaming monitors.
