Even Fab Five's Jalen Rose thinks rival MSU has goods to make Final Four

Fab Five legend Jalen Rose said he may not be able to cheer for Michigan if they don’t make his Final Four bracket—and that’s because he picked their rival, Michigan State, to go deep. Rose, alongside fellow TNT broadcasters, submitted a ballot including Duke, Illinois, Florida and Michigan State to reach the Final Four at Ford Field in April. He argued the case for State’s run around All-American point guard Jeremy Fears Jr. and noted Tom Izzo’s track record of reaching the Sweet 16. While Rose wouldn’t cross the line into rooting for the Spartans, he said students from his Jalen Rose Leadership Academy are at Michigan State and he plans to visit their “Izzone.”
