Louisville Kings DT Travis Bell signs with NFL's Cleveland Browns

Defensive tackle Travis Bell is returning to the NFL after his run with the Louisville Kings. The Cleveland Browns announced Monday, Aug. 3, that Bell has signed with the team. The 27-year-old Alabama native recorded 39 tackles, including six for losses, during the Kings’ campaign that ended in a United Football League championship. He added a sack, and forced and recovered a fumble. Bell will have a third NFL stint; the Chicago Bears drafted him out of Kennesaw State in the seventh round of the 2023 draft. He has also been with the Atlanta Falcons, Cincinnati Bengals and Minnesota Vikings, and appeared in two NFL games, both with the Falcons in 2023.
