The Tigers are fighting the SEC’s stance after a legal battle over former NFL players who remain NCAA-eligible. A judge issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the NCAA, blocking any eligibility ban, with arguments linked to an age-based rule change. LSU is targeting waived players TE Dae’Quan Wright (Cleveland Browns) and DT Zxavian Harris (New Orleans Saints). If the injunction is granted, they could be eligible for this weekend’s opener.
