Manchester City is moving quickly before the transfer deadline, and has agreed to sign Lille teenager Ayyoub Bouaddi. The 18-year-old will join on a deal worth £86 million ($115.8m/€100m), including £81.4m upfront and £4.3m in performance-based add-ons. Bouaddi has built experience at Lille, making 88 appearances since debuting in October 2023, and impressed for Morocco at the 2026 World Cup, where the Atlas Lions reached the quarterfinals—highlighted by his part in an opening 1-1 draw against Brazil. The fee places him fourth among the most expensive teenagers in soccer history, and the fourth to hit €100m.
