Silverstone Leasing's Annual Charity Football match brings the community together.
Silverstone Leasing's Annual Charity Football match brings the community together describes an annual charity soccer event run by Silverstone Leasing that mixes business networking with a competitive football format. The fundraiser supported The Lewis Foundation, which provides care packages for adults with a cancer diagnosis, and CLICK Arts Foundation, which funds grassroots arts projects for underserved local groups. The event included sponsorship from multiple local businesses and featured 12 teams, including Asset Engineering Services, Proaction Martial Arts, Singer Vehicle Design, Imagine Building Services, RateSync, WollastonBMW, EquiTech Group, Carmac Building & Civil Engineering, Halo Corporate Finance, Northampton Town FC, and the United African Association. Proaction Martial Arts won the Plate, while the United African Association—described as a five-person team with no substitutes—won first-place trophy. The organizers and charity representatives credited the day with strengthening community links through teamwork, while Proaction also held family sessions and the program included live DJ entertainment.
