World Cup excitement is spilling off the pitch, with OneFootball launching a daily “Legends” player-collection game tied to the knockout rounds. Starting Sunday, OneFootball Legends will present users with a cryptic clue each day to identify a World Cup legend. Players then search for the corresponding profile inside the OneFootball app, claim an exclusive collector card from the correct player page, and maintain a streak through every knockout-round day. Each card is awarded in a random rarity tier: Common, Star, Elite, or the top “Legendary,” with rarer tiers harder to obtain. Clues will appear via the Spotlight tile, and users can enable push notifications for immediate delivery to their lock screens. A digital sticker album in the app tracks progress and missing icons.
