Titans' roster cuts include QB Levis | Arkansas Democrat Gazette

The Tennessee Titans waived quarterback Will Levis on Sunday as NFL teams trimmed rosters, with more than 1,100 players released overall. Levis, a 2023 second-round pick who started 21 games, spent the past stretch behind Cam Ward and Mitch Trubisky, finished 5-16 in two seasons, and did not play in 2025 after shoulder surgery. Titans coach Robert Saleh praised him after a Saturday game. Levis said he believes he can still be a starter, citing a 24-15 preseason loss to the Bears where he went 14-for-22 for 143 yards. Odell Beckham Jr. returned to the Giants after missing 2025. Teams had to cut from 90 to 53 by 5 p.m. Central.
