Week 7 Fantasy Football Sleepers: Jaylin Noel, Tyrone Tracy Jr. among underrated options off the waiver wire

A Week 7 sleepers list highlights several waiver-wire options and under-owned players. At wide receiver, Jaylin Noel ($2? not given; focus on roster ownership) is noted for three straight fantasy-relevant weeks, including a 4-107-1 game versus the Jaguars, with the Texans’ passing attack led by C.J. Stroud. Tyrone Tracy Jr. is suggested for flex consideration at Houston, after scoring two touchdowns on nine carries the prior week, with the New York backfield described as crowded. Other mentions include TE Colby Parkinson at Las Vegas, RB Kendre Miller against Pittsburgh, and Geno Smith facing Miami. Mike Washington Jr. is flagged as dealing with soreness.
