Aggreko NYSE IPO Reveals AI Data Centers at 19% of Sales; Oura Targets $16B Listing
xCruzo Brief
Aggreko has filed an SEC Form F-1 to pursue a New York Stock Exchange listing under the ticker AGKO, positioning the Glasgow-based power and temperature control specialist to benefit from AI data-center buildouts. The company says utility grid connections for new facilities can take one to three years, and its modular “bridging” power—using gas, diesel, and battery energy storage—can bring sites to full power within months, enabling earlier revenue. Data-center work has surged: from 2% of sales in 2021 to 11% of 2025 revenue (about $391 million), and 19% of first-half 2026 revenue totaling $362 million. Separately, Bloomberg reports Oura Health is targeting a US IPO raising up to $3 billion, with a valuation above $16 billion.
