Apple launches iOS 27.2 beta: It's all new, here's how to get it - Research Snipers

Apple has released the first developer beta of iOS 27.2 just two days after launching iOS 27, along with pre-release versions for iPadOS 27.2, tvOS 27.2 and macOS 27.2 Golden Gate. Registered developers can install it via system settings, while a public beta is still expected later. The testing cycle is skipping iOS 27.1, with that version number reportedly reserved for an iPhone Duo foldable smartphone scheduled for Oct. 23. iOS 27.2 testing includes a revised Health app with Apple Intelligence—covering sections like “Insights” and “Longevity”—plus movement-based evaluations requiring a paired Apple Watch. Apple is also testing tighter Siri AI language support for French, Spanish and Japanese, expanding iPhone Handoff, and considering a U.S. Health app blood test via Quest priced at $119 for over 50 biomarkers.
