AutoRek has agreed to buy reconciliation and regulatory compliance software provider Grath to expand its automation platform across the financial sector. The deal, announced in a Monday (Aug. 3) press release, adds Grath’s reconciliation and compliance technology and infrastructure, along with Grath’s customer base in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. AutoRek said the combined offering can support the full reconciliation cycle, from data ingestion and matching to controls, risk and compliance management. Customers can choose an enterprise private cloud using AutoRek’s core platform, a multi-tenant SaaS option via Grath’s platform, or embedded AI infrastructure through Grath’s managed inference engine, Topa.
