Awery appoints Cornelia Korsch as Global Development Director - CargoForwarder Global

Awery Aviation Software continues expanding its leadership team with a new hire focused on growth. The company has appointed Cornelia Korsch as Global Development Director, covering both Awery and its digital air cargo quoting and booking platform, CargoBooking. Her mandate includes attracting more airlines and expanding adoption of the platform among freight forwarders. Korsch began her air cargo career in Hamburg in 1990 and spent more than two decades at Cargolux Airlines in sales and reservations before moving to AirBridgeCargo Airlines until 2022 for sales and business development, including digital work. She later worked at WebCargo by Freightos on global airline partnerships and cargo technology. Korsch said CargoBooking combines AI-powered tools with a simple booking experience to connect airlines’ capacity with forwarders.
