Client 11 Launches: A Powerful Outlook Alternative with AI Freedom and Next-Generation Productivity

eM Client says it has released eM Client 11, its biggest update to date, positioning it as a modern, independent alternative to Microsoft Outlook. Announced in Prague, the update adds an integrated AI Assistant that helps users search, summarize, organize, and manage emails using natural language, along with personalized AI writing, context-aware quick replies, automatic task and event detection, and AI-powered email rules. It also introduces Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) support, allowing businesses and individuals to connect compatible AI providers and models. The client supports Model Context Protocol (MCP) so external AI assistants can securely access relevant email content. Beyond AI, eM Client 11 adds a Command Palette, message pinning, automation tools, improved calendar features, native ARM support, and eM Sync with end-to-end encryption.
