FPT Releases Global Study on Scaling Enterprise AI, Highlighting the Shift from Pilots to Platform-Driven Transformation

FPT’s study on scaling enterprise AI highlights a shift from experimentation to platform-driven transformation as companies try to move beyond pilots. Announced by FPT Corporation in Hanoi, Vietnam, and published on 08 July 2026, the commissioned report is conducted by Forrester Consulting for FPT. It is based on a global survey of 397 business and technology decision-makers, plus interviews with senior executives across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Japan. The research finds that while 51% of organizations allocate at least 5% of IT budgets to AI, only 26% say they are advanced at operationalizing it. Integration complexity (41%) and data silos (38%) are the largest barriers, and only 39% report meaningful progress aligning strategy, governance, and operating models. Measurement gaps persist, with 35% collecting no quantified AI metrics and 10% not measuring outcomes at all.
