FROG Q2 Deep Dive: Cloud Growth, Security Demand, and AI-Driven Software Supply Chains
JFrog (NASDAQ: FROG) reported Q2 CY2026 results that beat expectations, pointing to continued momentum from cloud adoption and growing demand for software supply-chain security. Revenue rose 28.7% year over year to $163.8 million, exceeding analysts’ $155.6 million estimate. Next-quarter guidance calls for $165 million at the midpoint, about 3.8% above what analysts expected. Non-GAAP profit was $0.27 per share, 12.4% ahead of consensus. The company lifted full-year revenue guidance to $650 million from $630 million and raised adjusted EPS guidance to $0.98. JFrog said annual recurring revenue reached $666.4 million, and billings climbed to $208.1 million. Management attributed cloud growth to AI development tools generating more software binaries and to rising needs for governance and compliance.
