Hyperscale Data says cash, Bitcoin and silver equal 100.42% of market cap
Hyperscale Data said it holds a balance of cash, Bitcoin, and silver equivalent to 100.42% of its market capitalization. In a June 25, 2026 announcement, the company (NYSE American: GPUS) reported that as of June 24, 2026 it had approximately $94.8 million collectively in cash, restricted cash, Bitcoin, and silver on its balance sheet. The statement also highlighted a Master Services Agreement worth about $1.2 billion, assuming two five-year extensions are exercised, but before options for additional power capacity. Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III said the company views the value created for stockholders, including recurring monthly revenue from the MSA, as not properly reflected by the market. Hyperscale Data noted it expects a divestiture involving ACG to occur in the second quarter of 2027.
