Legora Acquires AI-Powered Litigation Startup Wexler | Law.com

Legora, a Stockholm-based legal AI startup, announced Wednesday it has acquired London-based Wexler, an AI-powered litigation platform. The deal marks Legora’s fifth acquisition since it launched its Series D funding round in March, and financial terms were not disclosed. Wexler’s system is designed to perform AI-powered fact extraction, verification and analysis across large, unstructured data sets. Rather than generating summaries, it aims to return discrete individual facts to users. The platform is already being used by litigation and dispute teams at law firms including Clifford Chance, Goodwin Procter, and Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, as well as corporate legal and compliance teams.
