xCruzo Brief
Lululemon founder Chip Wilson is reportedly filing for divorce from his wife of 20 years, Shannon “Summer” Wilson, with no prenuptial agreement in place. Bloomberg reports the couple, who wed in 2002 and have been longtime business collaborators, are involved in sealed family litigation in British Columbia Supreme Court, with filings first submitted in April. Wilson, 71, is estimated to be worth $6.1 billion, and he and Shannon both left Lululemon more than a decade ago. Still, Chip remains one of the company’s biggest shareholders, holding 8.6% (nearly $1 billion). Shannon, 52, founded Kit and Ace and owns a 1% stake worth about $100 million.
