Exclusive: Geordie AI raises $30 million Series A to be 'air traffic control' for your company's AI agents

Geordie AI, a London-based startup providing governance and security for AI agents, has raised a $30 million Series A led by Balderton Capital, valuing the company at $155 million post-money and marking the largest Series A for a European cybersecurity startup to date. The round includes new funding from Crosspoint Capital and follow-ons from General Catalyst and Ten Eleven Ventures, bringing total raised to $36.5 million. Co-founders Henry Comfort, Hanah Darley, and Benji Weber lead a 37-person team across London and New York, with headcount expected to reach about 50. Funds will expand engineering and U.S. go-to-market efforts as Geordie markets its platform for discovering, mapping, and securing AI agents across diverse environments.
