Dubai RTA digital revenue rises 20.6% to AED 5.3 billion in 2025

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) posted AED 5.3 billion in digital revenue for 2025, up 20.6% from 2024 as digital services attract higher usage. Digital transactions surpassed 628 million, rising 13%, while 105 services across six channels delivered 96% digital adoption and a 98% customer happiness rate. RTA’s leadership frames these results as a shift toward a fully integrated digital ecosystem, reinforced by AI and data platforms and stronger government integration. The authority achieved Digital Maturity Index Level 5 and tops in Digital Customer Experience, with 1.2 million active app users and 68 million app visits. Website services completed 11 million transactions with a 96% happiness score, and four new platforms were launched, alongside improvements to Mahboub’s virtual assistant and WhatsApp channels.
