Not approach and call 999' if you see on-the-run wanted man

Lancashire Police has issued a public appeal telling people not to approach a wanted man linked to Burnley. Zachariah Morris, also known as Zachariah Wetheral, is wanted on recall to prison. The force describes him as a 30-year-old man, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, with short dark brown hair and blue eyes. Police say he has connections to Burnley and Yorkshire. Officers have shared Morris’s photo on social media to help locate him. A spokesperson added that anyone who sees him should call 999 rather than confront him, while sightings or information can be reported to 101, quoting log 0764 of 22 September, or by email.
