Space Force adds commercial software capability to Kronos battle management effort
Space Force adds commercial software capability to Kronos battle management effort advances the U.S. Space Force’s push to modernize space command and control with software-defined architectures. Under a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) award, True Anomaly of Centennial, Colorado, was selected to supply capabilities from its Mosaic software platform for the Kronos Family of Systems. Mosaic is intended to support target pairing and asset orchestration, helping operators match available resources to mission requirements in contested orbital environments. Kronos sits within Space Systems Command’s (SSC) BMC3I portfolio and aligns with SSC’s System Delta 85 (SYD 85). The effort also follows SSC’s earlier Kronos CSO prototype awards announced in April 2026, which selected MapLarge and Leidos.
