What Jim Cramer is watching as Anthropic heads to Nasdaq
As Anthropic heads toward a Nasdaq debut, Jim Cramer is focused on whether investors have enough money to absorb a new wave of AI supply. Anthropic filed IPO paperwork on Oct. 26, with reports suggesting a valuation of $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, aiming for a mid-November debut, after reporting $16.3 billion in revenue for the first half of 2026 and an operating loss of $693 million. Its compute obligations are massive, disclosed at about $518 billion and later reported at more than $600 billion across roughly eight partners. Anthropic also pays SpaceX $1.25 billion per month for access to the Colossus data center in Tennessee through May 2029. The broader IPO pipeline is crowded, following SpaceX’s June record $85.7 billion and expectations of OpenAI’s 2027 listing.
