The Columbus Blue Jackets’ training camp is playing out with fewer overall days and preseason games under the NHL’s new collective bargaining agreement, but team storylines remain packed as camp runs through the end of the month. Adam Fantilli missed his third day in Columbus and is still in Michigan while GM Don Waddell and agent Pat Brisson work out contract terms; Waddell said an offer would go out within 24 hours. Coach Rick Bowness cited two unnamed players being behind physically, noting teams can’t keep skaters more than three hours a day.
