IDFA Executive Council Names Matt Herrick Next President and CEO

The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) says its Executive Council has selected Matt Herrick as its next president and chief executive officer, succeeding Michael Dykes, D.V.M., after a decade of leadership. Herrick will begin on January 1, 2027. Dykes will stay with IDFA through January 31 to support a transition before retiring at month’s end. Herrick returns after serving as president and CEO of the International Bottled Water Association. He previously spent more than seven years at IDFA, rising to executive vice president and chief impact officer and leading strategy for policy, advocacy, communications and impact.
