School bus without students struck by driver in Oakdale

A school bus was struck in a crash Wednesday morning on Minnesota 120 in Oakdale, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The incident occurred at about 7:45 a.m. as the bus driver was traveling south on 120. There were no students on board at the time, the State Patrol said. The bus was hit in a T-bone collision by a Chevrolet Suburban driven by an Oakdale resident who was going west on Upper 35th Street. The SUV driver was taken by ambulance to Regions Hospital in St. Paul for treatment of suspected injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
