Jed York, the San Francisco 49ers’ owner since 2010, came to national attention Aug. 24 after pleading no contest in Columbiana County, Ohio, to two misdemeanor charges. Prosecutors initially alleged he engaged in prostitution, but court records say the charges were reduced to disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. York was ordered to serve one day in jail for each count, concurrently, with one day credited for time served, and he paid fines totaling $1,150.
