Alijah Vera-Tucker exits with hamstring injury in first half against Jets

Patriots guard Alijah Vera-Tucker left Sunday’s game early with a hamstring injury and is officially listed as questionable to return. He suffered the injury late in the second quarter during a run play and was seen flexing his leg afterward. Vera-Tucker completed the final play of the drive, then went to the blue medical tent and exited to the locker room. With him out, New England shifted personnel: Ben Brown, the starting right guard, moved to left guard, while Matt Pryor was inserted at right guard. Earlier in the game, the Patriots had already lost starting right tackle Morgan Moses to an ankle injury in the first quarter. Walter Rouse is the only remaining depth lineman on the game-day roster.
