Digital Force Technologies wins $500 million IDIQ for edge-based C-UAS systems
xCruzo Brief
Digital Force Technologies (DFT) has won a $500 million base indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract from Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401) to supply counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) and counter-small UAS (C-sUAS) for the Department of Defense Domestic Shield initiative. DFT is one of 10 companies receiving new multiple-award IDIQ deals as the task force expands its C-UAS Marketplace. The award is designed to give DoD users access to sensors, effectors, and command-and-control tools as requirements evolve, rather than depending on a single vendor. Under the contract, DFT will deliver SeraphimOS edge-based software for force protection and counter-UAS operations.
