Global Jet Capital Completes Securitization, Raising $659.0M
Global Jet Capital completed its BJETS 2026-1 securitization, raising approximately $659.0 million. The deal brings total securitized assets to about $6.7 billion and bonds issued to roughly $5.4 billion, with three tranches: Class A $561.39 million, Class B $56.95 million, and Class C $40.68 million. Ratings were A/A for Class A, BBB+/BBB for Class B, and BB/BB for Class C from S&P Global Ratings and Kroll Bond Rating Agency. Forty-one unique investors participated, including twelve new to the BJETS program. The securitization bundles cash flows from business aircraft loans and leases across 28 contracts, with 16 aircraft models represented. Morgan Stanley led structuring and bookrunning, with Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Securities, Citigroup, KKR Capital Markets and TCG Capital Markets as joint structuring agents and bookrunners; Citizens, JMP Securities and PNC Capital Markets served as co-managers.
