Increasing cancellations: Luxair boss blames flight cancellations on 'sum of factors'

Luxair's chief executive explains rising cancellations as the result of a mix of factors, from technical issues to weather and external disruptions. In response to a parliamentary question, Mobility Minister Yuriko Backes supported the airline's explanations while stressing empathy for travel disruption.
