Jersey tops 1m air passengers after summer boost
xCruzo Brief
More than one million passengers have already passed through Jersey’s air and sea transport hubs in 2026, according to Ports of Jersey statistics. Between July and September, 472,000 passengers travelled through Jersey Airport, up 4.2% versus the same quarter in 2025. Jersey Harbour handled nearly 200,000 passengers, and ferry operator DFDS carried 10% more passengers than it did in the corresponding period last year. Ports of Jersey said the third quarter—its busiest—saw sustained growth across both gateways. The airport reached its one-millionth passenger milestone at the end of August, helped by higher frequencies such as KLM’s Amsterdam route and Loganair’s expanded summer network.
