THIRD LAKE DEVELOPMENT & THIRD LAKE CONSTRUCTION BREAK GROUND ON SELF-STORAGE FACILITY IN POOLER, GA

Third Lake Development and Third Lake Construction have started construction on Centro Storage at Pooler Parkway in Pooler, Georgia. The climate-controlled self-storage facility will offer about 88,579 square feet of rentable space and 772 units sized from 5x5 to 10x36 feet. The project is designed to provide secure, climate-controlled storage intended to protect customers’ valuables from temperature and humidity fluctuations. The site sits between I-80 and I-16, with frontage along Pooler Parkway for visibility and convenient access across the Savannah metropolitan area. Third Lake Development is the developer, Third Lake Construction the general contractor, JMN Architecture the architect, and Kimley-Horn the civil engineer.
